Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is a type of massage therapy, that focuses on realigning the deeper layers and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as, stiff neck and upper back, low back pain. Leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders.
Essence Unwind
Essence Unwind is a beautiful combination of both a relaxing and revitalizing massage. Allowing your body a chance to relax. Allowing the body to heal and replenish.

The Founder Of Essence Practitioners Feron Sayers, is a current GB Long jumper Competing on an International Stage, he is also a expert Sports Massage Teacher and Assessor, and amassed over 10 years of experience within the Sports Massage Industry Alongside becoming a Teacher, teaching nationally recognized Qualifications for Students to become qualified in Sports Massage Therapy from level 3 to 4, allowing them to become expert practitioners themselves. He has made many Senior Teams Representing Great Britain, and he Understands The Importance and Benefits of Massage Therapy to Fuel your Best Performance, through the deliverance of his teachings.
